Try these oatmeal cutlets, they taste like meat! You can hardly tell these oatmeal chops apart from meat chops. It's amazing, but it's true! A very easy recipe for breakfast or lunch, treat your family. You get schnitzel with a delicious, reddish, crispy crust - very tasty and super cheap!
Recipe:
Oatmeal - 200 gr.
Water (boiling water) - 200 ml.
Potato - 250 gr.
Onions - 1 medium or 2 small.
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - to taste.
Mix well and let rest for 30 minutes
grind in a blender
Grate on a fine grater
Mix all ingredients
knead well
leave to rest for another 10 minutes
Form round cakes with wet hands
Fry on low heat under the lid for 7 minutes on each side
