In this video I showcase Animated Light Rays in PhotoDirector 365 from Cyberlink. There are several ways and options in this desktop photo editing and animation app to animate still images. You can add different types of preset overlays that can be customized.
For example, you can add single source light rays or directional light rays to still images. You will also find several animated overlays packs in various categories. You can add overlay animations like sparkles, hearts, light effects, rainbows, snow, rain, bokeh, and much more.
