The video describes my personal method for using OneNote to onboard effectively at a new job. I focus on three categories: People, Processes, and Systems.

In the "People" section, I recommend building connections with colleagues by taking notes on personal details and using pictures to remember names. This helps me establish rapport and foster stronger relationships.

The "Processes" section emphasizes asking questions, understanding the purpose of processes, and using creative note-taking methods like screenshots, pictures, and diagrams. I also recommend recording virtual training sessions and reviewing notes with the trainer to ensure I have a complete understanding.

Finally, the "Systems" section encourages understanding the different systems within a company, including both technical and social systems. I document my understanding of each system, considering it a living library that evolves as I learn more.

Throughout the process, I emphasize curiosity as a key to successful onboarding. By being curious about the people, processes, and systems, I can learn and adapt more effectively in my new role.
