obs-shaderfilter is not available for Ubuntu. The only option for now is to compile OBS-studio with obs-shaderfilter plugin on your computer. While I'm at it, I also include what is required to run a loopback camera.
Disclaimer: this video uses obs-filtershader and obs-shaderfilter. Correct is obs-shaderfilter.

06:17 Download obs-shaderfilter source code repository.
06:36 Download OBS-Studio source code (Recursive) and additional modules.

07:11 Copy obs-shaderfilter folder into OBS-Studio repo.
