"Nginx Error: The process failed to start. Either the invoked program is missing, or you may have insufficient permissions to invoke the program."

Installation: just delete old wpn-xm.exe and unzip the files to the root folder of the server stack.

It will come as problem if the folder name is like "nginx-VERSION". Then just renamin it as only nginx. Thanks
