Tonight he excels himself again with Arrow Thermo 2 - a simple ruleset with some exquisite logic. We doubt Santa will bring you anything better!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply (ie place the digits 1-9, once each, in every row, column and 3x3 box). Along a thermometer, digits must increase from the bulb end. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
