Familiarization is aimed at creating the students a correct understanding of the exercise being learned, and a clear understanding of its structure.
For familiarization you need:
 name the exercise in strict accordance with the NFP (RFP): “Exercise 52. Throwing a grenade 600 g at a distance”;
 exemplary show exercise
 explain the technique of the exercise and its purpose
 show the exercise once again in parts with a passing explanation of the technique of execution. Learning is aimed at developing new motor skills in students and improving the technique of the exercise.
Throwing a grenade of 600 g per range is a physical exercise difficult for trainees and consists of several constituent elements, therefore, it is advisable to learn it in divisions.
First, throwing a grenade is learned from the spot, and then from two and four steps along divisions. Throwing from a full run starts at a low speed of the running steps after slow walking to feel the coordination of movements. Then the speed of the run is gradually increased.
Training (improvement) is aimed at consolidating the motor skills of the students, improving physical and special qualities. Training consists in repeated repetition of the exercise with a gradual complication of the conditions for its implementation and an increase in physical activity.
The main method for the development of physical qualities of trainees during training in throwing grenades 600 g per distance is the repeated method.
In this case, the number of repetitions of the exercise (throwing a grenade) depends on the level of the current individual indicators involved, which are recorded in the subdivision in the Record Cards of the results of practical checks on physical fitness and the level of military readiness of the military.
The repeated method is characterized by repeated execution of throwing grenades with an individual effort value of 100% of the maximum.
The way of organizing military personnel when throwing grenades at all stages of training is frontal.
To increase the density of classes and with the presence of a sufficient number of training grenades, the throwing is carried out in a single-cut order with intervals of 3-4 steps between students. Trainees throw grenades at the command of the right and left one by one and themselves observe the place of the fall of grenades. Grenades are collected only by the team leader’s instruction.

The method of the exercise.
At the command of the head (verifier), for example: Private Petrov, to the starting position by step (run) - Marsh ”, the soldier, having heard his name, takes the drill stand (with the right foot attached), replies:“ I ”, according to the executive team replies:“ There is ”, by marching or jogging it takes the indicated starting position at 15–20 meters to the throwing line, takes a grenade and takes a gymnastics rack.
At the command “Forward”, he starts a run (on checks after the command “Forward”, the military servant takes up the front line and, turning his head to the side of the inspector, names his military rank and surname). Having reached the throwing line, he produces a grenade throw in the throwing sector.
After the fall of the grenade, the trainee (checked) takes the drill stand, turns around and jogs back to the starting position. At the initial position, he turns to face the manager (verifier) ​​and listens to his instructions. Similarly, the other two attempts are carried out. At the command "Forward" to perform the third attempt, the next student (the one being checked) goes to the starting position and takes the place of the previous soldier.
At the command “Forward”, after completing the entire series of 3 shots, the soldier who completed the exercise becomes operational. The next student (verifiable), who is in the starting position, begins to perform the exercise.
For throwing use the blanks of training grenades F-1 (defensive hand grenades). The weight of a grenade is 600 grams. Throwing grenades at a distance is carried out in a sector 10 meters wide (including the width of the marking line). Runway corridor - 3 m, runway length - 15-20 m.
