Understanding MyEwity
Welcome to our EwityPOS tutorial series! Today, we'll demonstrate how Myewity works in Ewity POS.
MyEwity is a powerful tool designed to digitalize your customer relationships, streamlining various aspects of customer interaction.
In this video, I'll guide you through the functionalities of MyEwity:
Firstly, customers can access their outstanding balance and bills conveniently. They can even settle their bills by uploading transfer receipts.
For Ewity Loyalty users, customers can effortlessly track their loyalty points, enhancing their overall experience.
Additionally, all customers gain access to digital copies of their bills for easy reference.
Moreover, MyEwity seamlessly integrates with Ewity Online Payments, centralizing all transfer receipts in one location. This allows you to approve or reject receipts with ease. Once approved, the receipt is automatically linked to the bill, simplifying record-keeping tasks.
While MyEwity is enabled by default, you have the option to disable it if needed. Simply navigate to "Company Admin",
click on Settings, then choose MyEwity, and select 'Disable MyEwity'.
And that's the concept of MyEwity, making your customer interactions more efficient and effective.
