Join Zuri Klaschka, an experienced UXP developer and creator of the popular open-source Lorem Ipsum plugin for Adobe XD (with over 625,000 downloads as of November 2024), as they embark on an exciting journey to port their plugin to Adobe Express.
In this series of four 2-hour sessions, you'll have the opportunity to:
Explore the capabilities and limitations of Adobe Express add-ons from a UXP developer's perspective.
Make critical design decisions about which parts of the original plugin can remain unchanged and which need to be adapted to fit the UX and capabilities of Adobe Express.
Develop the add-on, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and implement the overall functionality.
Publish the add-on to the Adobe Express Add-on Marketplace.
Following the migration series, we'll host a special event to discuss the experience and share key learnings.
The Adobe Express add-on will be released under an open-source license and made available on GitHub.
