1) Open your Play Store
2) Download an app called NetShare
3) Open the app
4) Tap on Start WiFi Hotspot
5) Enable all the required permissions
6) Now enable the hotspot
7) On your other Android phone, download the similar app
8) Tap on the Connect button
9) Connect to the hotspot
10) Also set the proxy settings and port manually
11) This way, you can use your Android phone as a WiFi extender.
