Notice, Think, Feel, Do and the vicious circle of our life
For those who don't know, in slaughterhouses cows are pushed to death on circle-shaped hallways.
I don't like psychology. I studied for too many years with pleasure everything that seemed fundamental to me in psychology, and I discovered only a time wasted in a vicious circle. I like it, I don't like it, I hit myself everywhere on it. Here is what I found here, in the middle of nature, in a glade. Four stones inscribed with four words: Notice, Think, Feel, Do.
Here is an intellectual game, of researchers from the American Psychological Association, ends up being played, in a modest country in Europe, in an area where only the birds of the sky pass, and the illusions of those defeated by poverty and despair.
The researchers have identified four parts of gratitude that help children practice gratefulness using the “notice-think-feel-do” questions:
Notice: This helps children see the amount of thought that goes into a gift.
Think: Help children understand why they received the gift.
Feel: Give children the space to process their emotions.
Do: Remind children to express thanks, giving the gift-giver a hug, or to say thank you.
Then we repeat with the child these words and the questions they generate, until we train him to reach what we want. A slave subject to the rules, to family, society, system, lies, ideologies and propaganda that haunts the human civilization from the beginning.
I know very well that researchers, teachers, professors, educators, priests, politicians do not appreciate my comment. And I know very well that I am wrong, much more often than I think, much deeper than I suspect.
But, fortunately for us, there is something that can bring us into balance, into light, into truth.
It is the world we live in. A perfect world, without wars, without injustice, without diseases, without poverty, without imbalances ...
A world in which, soon we will live, in uniforms, with numbers, no names, as prisoners, without face, without emotions, without smiles, guided like cattle in slaughterhouses, to slaughter, once our work here, for them, will seem unsatisfactory.
For those who don't know, in slaughterhouses cows are pushed to death on circle-shaped hallways. In this way the animals are no longer scared, the circular shape of the road of death, deceives them into believing that there is no danger, and they return of where they left.
The our life as slaves revolves in this vicious circle of history... Whitout no escape.
What they do not know, however, those who lead our destinies in this way, is that the vicious circle of history is also valid for them.
That no matter how long injustice exists on earth, there will come a time when justice will reign. And those who today bind us, fine us, beat us, torture us, scare us, condemn us, kill us, steal our lives, will in turn receive the same treatment. And not in heaven, but on earth. And not from God, and nor from man. But from Existence itself.
A life without circle-shaped hallways, for all of us!
I go through the forests, mountains, hills, fields, and waters to understand the living world and to create a living mind.
I'm just a man who is on passing on this living earth.
A living earth that is closer to death, because of us, of the human being. I spend all my time in nature, enjoying its show. All this time I try to make a video encyclopedia with flora and fauna that I encounter on this living earth. Sometimes with human fauna ...
I meet wild mushrooms, medicinal mushrooms, edible mushrooms, dead mushrooms, toxic mushrooms, magic mushrooms. Every wild mushroom with its mystery and story. The living earth is still amazing. I meet plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, grass, leaves fallen on the living land, leaves fallen on the dead land, leaves that dance in our thoughts and soul. I meet insects, invertebrates of all kinds, butterflies, worms, larvae, birds, fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians...
But I also encounter deforested forests, hunters, poachers, animals killed, tormented, in a suffering that words can not express. I also meet people who think it is good that they behave like this.
I stretch my hand and save an insect from the drowning. But this people trample under foot my hand. They make their choice. I make my choice.
Sometimes I manage to correctly identify the species of living beings: mushrooms, plants, animals, insects. Sometimes not. What I know is much less than what I do not know. I am just a man in front of a knowledge that surpasses me, overcomes us.
I do not know enough English yet to make my clips more attractive. But I'm learning...A wonderful life, for all of you!
