Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
1 serrano pepper
1 jalapeño pepper
1/2 red onion
4 limes
2 tbsp soy sauce
Rib eye (1 1/2 inch)
Salt and pepper
Cilantro
Avocado
Method:
1. Take steak out 30 min to 1 hour before cooking to let it get to room temp
2. Slice and cook the garlic, onion, and peppers
3. Once cooked pour lime juice and soy sauce to let it marinate
4. Massage steak with salt and pepper
5. Cook on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side depending on thickness of steak-you want it to be rare, do not overcook!
6. Remove from pan and let steak sit for 1-2 minutes
7. Slice as thin as possible and pour marinade on steak then let it sit for about
