Say Hej (that’s Hello in Swedish) to Daphne. Daphne has been with IKEA for twenty-five years and started her IKEA journey in 1998, at IKEA Montreal, working in the living room department. Since then, she has worked in IKEA Business, People and Culture and IKEA’s customer after sales department.
Over the years, Daphne has been able to grow with IKEA, which also included moving to a different province for an incredible opportunity that coincided with a better work- life balance, enabling her to spend more time with her family.
