In this first part of our final tutorial we will see how to start designing a website and an application starting with how to make a page scroll, so a vertical scroll, and then make our site scroll down and up, but also how to make some elements that don't follow this scroll flow at all, because with the fixed behavior they just stay fixed at the top or at the bottom or with the sticky behavior they give a very particular and dynamic effect. Of course we will also see how to create a horizontal scroll of a carousel of images.
