To create a resource group and a Data Lake Storage account, you can follow these steps:
1. Sign in to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) using your Azure account.
2. In the Azure portal, click on the "Create a resource" button (+) in the upper left corner.
3. In the "Search the Marketplace" box, type "Data Lake Storage" and select "Data Lake Storage Gen2" from the search results.
4. On the "Data Lake Storage Gen2" page, click on the "Create" button.
5. In the "Create Data Lake Storage Gen2 Account" form, provide the necessary information such as Subscription, Resource group, Storage account name, Location, and Pricing tier. You'll also need to specify an existing or new storage account.
6. Click on the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.
7. In the "Advanced" tab, you can configure additional settings such as Virtual network, Firewall and virtual networks, etc. Modify these settings as per your requirements.

9. In the "Tags" tab, you can optionally add tags for better organization and management of your resources. Add any relevant tags or skip this step if not needed.
10. Click on the "Review + Create" button to review your configuration.
11. After reviewing the configuration details, click on the "Create" button to create the Data Lake Storage account.
Azure will now deploy the Data Lake Storage account and create the associated resource group. Once the deployment is complete, you will have a resource group containing the Data Lake Storage account.
Remember to choose a unique name for your Data Lake Storage account, as it must be globally unique across Azure. Also, ensure that you have the necessary permissions and privileges to create resources in your Azure subscription.
