Is the book always better than the movie? It sure feels like it as Hollywood manages to screw up book adaptations, comic book adaptations, and video game movies all the time. So, why is it so very hard for Hollywood to get your favorite books and video games right? Today we explore that through the lens of good and bad adaptations such as The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, Chaos Walking, Eragon, The Hunger Games, Sonic the Hedgehog, Assassin's Creed, and many more!
