(Obsolete) How to Revert your GTA 4 Version to 1.0.7.0 so you can play LCPDFR
HOW TO REVERT YOUR Grand Theft Auto 4 VERSION TO 1.0.7.0 (Text Tutorial)
Step #1 - Make sure you have a fresh install of the game. If not Uninstall and Reinstall your game.
Step #2 - Go to Steam and Launch Grand Theft Auto 4
Step #3 - Press the Home Button and make sure you are signed into "Games for Windows Live" | If you are then exit the game
Step #4 - Go to your GTA 4 Directory | C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV
Step #5 - Find the File called "Paul.dll" and make a backup of it (Recommended: Put it on your Desktop)
Step #6 - Delete the File Called "Paul.dll" That is inside your GTA 4 Directory (NOT on your Desktop)
Step #7 - Click this Link: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/...
Step #8 - Click the Word "English" to download the File | Then Save it to your Desktop
Step #9 - Right click on the File called Title_Update_7_EN | Then Click on "Extract to title_update_7_EN
Step #10 - Open the folder that you just extracted (NOTE: You will have 4 files "Media1" "Patch7Notes_EN" "TitleUpdate" "UpdateTitle")
Step #11 - Click on "UpdateTitle"
Step #12 - Go through the Installation process (DO NOT MOVE ON FROM THIS STEP UNTIL INSTALLATION IS DONE)
Step #13 - REPEAT STEPS #2 & #3
Step #14 - Go back to your GTA 4 Directory (Can be found in Step #4 if you cannot remember)
Step #15 - Take your "Paul.dll" file that you copied onto your desktop and place it into your GTA 4 Directory

Step #1 - Go to Steam and right click on Grand Theft Auto 4
Step #2 - Click on Properties
Step #3 - Under the General tab click on "Set Launch Options"
Step #4 - Type in -norestrictions
Step #5 - Click OK
Step #6 - Type in -nomemrestrict
Step #7 - Click OK
