Annotation workflow implemented on SciApps.org with two rounds of HMM training with SNAP and three rounds of Maker annotation. The analysis takes about 45 minutes using a test data set with first 100kb of three rice chromosomes. The movie has been speed up 100X and trimmed at both ends.
