Hello guys! Welcome to the Layout tutorial which is a part of Angular CDK.
How often do you need to fix some bug for some specific platform or browser (Hello Internet Explorer) or how to implement some specific logic if user utilises a device with some specific screen size? I come across such tasks quite often I was reinventing the wheel and build my own solutions. But back then I noticed that Angular Team has solved this issues quite long time ago and provided some helper services within Angular Material CDK. In this tutorial we will learn how to use Platform service to detect which browser is being used and BreakpointObserver which allows you easily detect what the size of user's browser window.
