Making some tomato jam and not talking about anything. This one of my favorite things to make. I love cooking and always try to make delicious things on a budget. Sauces and spreads are such an easy way to make meals more interesting and this has been a go to of mine for a while. I am using some end of season tomatoes from the farmer's market cause they were on sale. You can make this with any tomatoes, even canned tomatoes, and really just season to your taste. I cooked this at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. It does take a little while but it's very simple and can be left to do it's thing. Enjoy!
