Job searching is stressful. Work is stressful. Job searching WHILE working is good luck and grab a stress ball or two. Running a discrete job search well has a number of steps to it but the biggest is to not have your company find out. Even if they said they’re trusting and open never let your current job know. Now regarding LinkedIn’s “Open to Work” banner if you’re feeling it, try the option to “show to recruiter’s only”. What this will do is publicly hide the green banner but make you pop up in recruiter search results when they filter by those open to work.
