You've no doubt heard this before. You have really smart people sharing their experiences and trying to help educate, but they use words like always and never.
There are pros and cons to everything. Suggesting as a blanket statement without additional context that you must always or must never isn't helpful or accurate. You'll osberve people battling it out online because of stuff like this. Who ends up being right?
The truth is usually somewhere in the middle, because things are situational. Unfortunately, the content creator way of things -- especially to get engagement -- leans into things like always and never to hook you. It works for that, sadly, but that's where the value starts and stops.
