My favorite butter cookie recipe!
This Danish butter cookie has a rich flavor of butter and reminds me of the butter cookie of the memories that my mom took out of the tin case when I was little.
❖ Ingredients (19-20 Cookies)
115g(1/2 cup) unsalted butter(softened)
60g powdered sugar
125g(1 cup) cake flour
20g corn starch
1 egg yolk(room temperature)
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
❖ Tip
1. Bake them after preheating the oven
2. Leave butter and egg for about 1 hour at room temperature before use
3. I highly recommend using powdered sugar, but if you don't have it, you can use the granulated sugar
