[Solved] Can't Download Apps in Microsoft Strore Windows 10 ver. 1803
1) sign out from the Microsoft account on the store (sign out of every account that shows in the Microsoft store)
2) Close the store
3) Reboot
4) Open store and sign in again.
That's it! Microsoft Store working again!
