Do you use time blocking for your time management?
I believe in protecting your time because there is only so much of it in a day. I understand as a business owner your time can get stretched thin by all the different facets of the business, so I suggest you look at utilizing "time blocking". This method will allow you to set specific time throughout the day or week that is devoted to a certain task. Need to finish a book, journal, or create a LinkedIn article? Block out the time in your day to devote to that said task, and you'll be amazed at how efficient you can be!
