wmic diskdrive get status
chkdsk h: /f /r replace letter "h" with the letter of your problematic drive
commands i use in method 4 :
diskpart
list disk
select disk 1 replace numeric value "1" with the problematic drive value
clean
create partition primary
format fs=ntfs quick
assign
exit
