I rank the Canon 200-800mm, 100-400mm, 100-500mm, Sony 200-600mm, and Nikon 180-600mm zoom lenses in 12 categories. These rankings are for bird photography, not how they do on larger wildlife. I do go into butterfly photography briefly in one category. These were my honest opinions when this video was made in late January 2024, they are subject to change. These may not be the same as your opinions about these lenses. Please let me know where you agree and disagree with me in the comments below. I did not rank these lenses on stabilization and focus speed. I'm satisfied with all 5 lenses in those areas. Who makes the best zoom lens!?!?
