Here I show how to use v4l2 loopback kernel module to transcode MJPEG into YUYV422 for OBS.
sudo apt install v4l2loopback-dkms
sudo modprobe v4l2loopback
v4l2-ctl --list-devices
ffmpeg -f v4l2 -video_size 1920x1080 -input_format mjpeg -i /dev/video2 -pix_fmt yuyv422 -f v4l2 /dev/video4
sudo modprobe v4l2loopback -r
sudo modprobe v4l2loopback devices=8
