A variety of cross-cultural presentations and performances, including Portland jazz/blues recording artists Darrell Grant and Marilyn Keller (who performed in Khabarovsk in connection with PKSCA’s Jazz Bridge Project), Oregon blue grass ensemble “Jasper Diem” (featuring Steve Eggers, who performed with Scratchdog Stringband in a PKSCA-facilitated Russian Far East concert tour), award-winning Khabarovsk youth singing ensemble “Pearl” («Жемчужина»), Khabarovsk regional folk singing/dancing ensemble “Elan” («Елань»), Khabarovsk’s “Speak!English” band, a student presentation about the PSU Russian Capstone Project, greetings/narratives from sister city leaders in both cities…& much more.
