Join me in my home studio and you are going to learn how to record BASS guitar into MPC Live 2 without using a preamp. I'm walking you through how to connect your bass to the MPC, choosing the right tracks and settings for recording on the MPC Live 2. After recording a little bassline to a beat I have made, I'm showing you how you can add effects to the recorded bass.
This techinque should also work on all of the other current generation MPC's, such as the original MPC Live, MPC one, MPC X and MPC Touch.
