Open A Photo To Place Inside Your Text
create new layer and type what you want text
then ude big letters for it ex impact letters
then add your photo to your layer and right click on photo layer and select crate cliping mask
then you can change colour form color balance
then right click on text layer and select blending options make sure change strocke and shadow
then dupicate text layer and on of text layer right ckick and select razterize type
then choose some brush tool and make some art from it

if you want you can change background from picture and making blur
