I HAVE A PROBLEM, IM A GENSHIN PLAYER. AND THAT TITLE IS NOT TAKEN VERY LIGHTLY BY PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET. WE OFTEN GET COMMENTS SAYING: GENSHIN PLAYERS ARE CRINGE. GENSHIN PLAYERS NEVER SHOWER. GENSHIN PLAYERS DONT GO OUTSIDE. AND WHILE I CANT CONFIRM OR DENY THESE ALLEGATIONS ABOUT THE GENSHIN IMPACT COMMUNITY. I WANTED TO FIND OUT IF ANY OF THESE STEROTYPES WERE TRUE. SO WHEN MIHOYO ANNOUNCED AN OFFLINE GENSHIN POP-UP EVENT IN NEW YORK CITY FEATURING THEIR NEWEST COLLABORATION WITH XBOX. I DECIDED TO ATTEND SO THAT I CHALLENGE MYSELF TO SEE IF I CAN SOCIALIZE WITH LIKE MINDED GENSHIN IMPACT PLAYERS OF THE CULTURED VARIETY. BUT THERE'S JUST ONE PROBLEM, I HAVE ZERO SOCIAL SKILLS IN THE REAL WORLD.

Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed by miHoYo, and published by miHoYo in mainland China and by HoYoverse worldwide.
