PRODUCTIVITY
PRODUCTIVITY is an indicator of management that allows us to know what we are also managing the resources of the Organization.
For the business world, we have defined PRODUCTIVITY as the relationship between the quantity of products obtained by a production system, and the resources that were used to generate them.
Mathematically defined as:
PRODUCTIVITY = Outputs / Inputs
In other words, productivity allows me to know the effectiveness with which I am managing the resources of the Company to generate value.
We could say without fear of being mistaken, that PRODUCTIVITY is an indicator of management that measures the efficiency to which I am using the resources of the Organization.
In that order of ideas, I can measure the PRODUCTIVITY in terms of the Management Indicator that best suits the purposes.
In the video we will observe how to measure it and how it is applied in the field of industry.
