InfoNet in an infinite loop

At Drexel, we have TVs around campus to display information via a system we call InfoNet. However, it's powered by Windows... You know what that means. Here's the TV in the Myers Hall lobby stuck in a infinite reboot loop.

For those of you wondering what's with the bars, this was a direct upload from my iPad 2, shot horizontally. Plays best in fullscreen. YouTube improperly crops it otherwise.

PS: Any time I say ResNet, replace that with InfoNet. The two are separate systems but have very similar names, hence my mixing of the too.
