Our first stop was a glowworm cave, followed by a hike to stunning waterfalls. We continued north to a secluded beach, where we enjoyed clear blue waters and rescued a seagull in distress. Heading south, we explored the majestic Waipoua Kauri Forest, home to the ancient Tāne Mahuta tree.
We camped in beautiful locations, including the Coromandel Peninsula's Hot Water Beach, where we dug our own natural spa in the sand. A hike to Cathedral Cove revealed breathtaking views and inviting waters for a refreshing swim.
Traveling by RV has allowed us to see New Zealand's beauty up close, offering flexibility and freedom. From serene beaches to lush forests, we've discovered that this country is perfect for RV adventures. Stay tuned for more as we continue our journey on the eighth continent!
