In this tutorial you learn how to use Motion Matching for Locomotion Animations in UE5.4. Motion Matching in Unreal Engine is a query-based animation pose selection system. Unlike traditional animation systems, Motion Matching can make informed animation pose selections from a set of animation data, to create a responsive and reactive animation system, without the need to set up transition or blending logic between Animation Sequences.
