Starfield is hiding one of Gaming’s saddest Easter Eggs
This is one of the saddest Easter Eggs in Gaming.
Back in March of 2023, a post was made on the Starfield SubReddit by Alex Hay. The post spoke of his disappointment in the game’s delay, and how now due to his deteriorating condition due to lung cancer, he would likely not live long enough to see Starfield’s release. Just 12 days later, Alex passed away. In his honour Bethesda immortalised Alex in-game. If you take a trip up to The Eye orbiting Jemison, down one of the walkways, on a bench, you can find Alex Hay’s note.
