CS:GO Spawn Glitch (game-breaking) (FIXED AS OF SEPT 2nd)
PLEASE NOTE:
We did this to HIGHLIGHT the issue. We weren't intending on distrupting other players reputation. The other team did win so their ingame competitive ranking will be unaffected, only pushed towards the positive side. We do not condone that anyone attempts to retry this, as you may face a potential punishment such as a competitive ban, or a permanent game ban.
FIXED AS OF SEPT 2nd:
"– Fixed a case where rapidly pressing a key while loading into a competitive game would prevent the client from spawning."
HOW-TO:
Step 1: Kick a player from your team.
Step 2: When a round starts, leave the game.
Step 3: Rejoin the game, but when the loading screen occurs, spam the space bar. This will force you into spectator mode.
Step 4: You should automatically be spectating the bot if he has not already died. If so, press E to take control of it.
Step 5: Avoid dying. Go to a spot anywhere in the map and wait for the round to end.
Step 6: You should be in the same position as you were before the round ended. You will not spawn with weapons.
