Steps to change default username and password for phpmyadmin login:
1. Open xampp
2. Start apache and mysql server in xampp
3. Browse to phpmyadmin
4. Click on user accounts
5. Create a new user
6. Open phpmyadmin config file in the installation directory
7. Set the new used and password
