What happened before and how have we corrected that problem? As you can see here, this patient has a problem with the gums of these two front teeth, but why has this happened to her? As you can see, it has a lot of accumulated tartar which makes the gums swell and over time bone can be lost.
This bone loss can produce this gum recession, in addition to the fact that this patient has an added factor that is the frenulum that she has here, which is pulling her gum down.
The first thing that has been done to treat this problem is to remove tartar.
You can see that simply by removing this tartar, the gums have improved a lot, but we still have the problem that her gums are too thin and a frenulum is pulling on her.
To correct it, a piece of gum graft was obtained from the palate and placed in the area, and this is how it looks once healed, where you can see how good it looks and how thick it is.
