女性ソプラノの音域を持つ男性ソプラノ歌手“岡本知高”のミニアルバム『Anthem』収録の「World in union」最新MV。
ミニアルバム『Anthem』のテーマである「応援歌」は、以前から岡本知高が取り組みたかったもので、コロナ禍で様々な不安や寂しさ、疲弊を感じている皆さまの“心の栄養剤”になるような、そして岡本自身の心に残る楽曲を選曲。
ラグビーワールドカップのグローバル・アンセムとして知られている「World in union」の他に、フジテレビ系フィギュアスケート中継テーマ曲としてお馴染みの「BoléroⅣ～New Breath～」、さらに新録音として「幸せのちから」「Again～歌劇《イーゴリ公》“ダッタン人の踊り” より」「いのちの歌」など計5曲を収録。
また「World in union」MVは、岡本知高の心の糧となっている「ふるさと高知」の豊かな自然、そして大好きな「仁淀ブルー」といった美しいロケーションの中で撮影された作品となっている。
