IDK if any of this made sense but just wanted to give my opinion on why this game works so well in a 3D landscape! It's truly one of a kind and I think this is a good stepping point for other roguelikes to follow suit. The original Risk of Rain 1 is a great stand-alone by itself, but the sequel has surpassed it in so many ways making it an even greater title game.
