Now that we’re all supposed to be making these short videos on LinkedIn if we want to get some decent reach, there’s one thing that no one has picked up.
Your video posts don’t just appear in a video feed that looks much the same as TikTok or Reels - they appear on the regular LinkedIn feed too.
And if you know anything about LinkedIn, it’s still very much a platform for readers. We still like our text in LinkedIn.
So, when you’re making a short format video on LinkedIn, post it with some relevant text that explains the same information in the video.
That way the video people have the video and the text people have the text.
