Epson Error 000031, 000023, 0xEA Scratching Sound & Stuck to the Left WF-7720
We fixed an Epson WF-7720 with a scratching sound, printhead carriage assembly (CR) stuck to the left of the printer, and then displays error 000031. We cleaned the timing belt but the errors re-occur with error 000023. We identified the problem to be the printer's waste assembly (cap station) and replaced the station.
