Analyzing My DNA So I Can Blame My Failures on My Genetics
Biology is useful and I’m a programmer so I started working in bioinformatics a few months ago. This was a small project to calculate my genetic predisposition to various diseases and conditions. It’s similar to the analysis that DNA testing companies like 23andMe, Nebula Genomics, etc. offer, but I did it myself to learn how it works and explore free GWAS data.
