Haw Par Villa is a special kind of theme park located in Singapore. There, you won’t find any rides, but instead a unique collection of over 1,000 surreal sculptures, depicting scenes from Chinese mythology and history. For the past 70 years, Teo Veoh Seng has been one of the master craftsmen behind this bizarre paradise. Using restoration techniques passed down from his father and uncles, Veoh Seng is lovingly maintaining a piece of Singapore’s cultural history for future generations.
