Update: I'm sorry, I made some test after 2.7 update and confirmed that chances is around 25% only. I'm trying to crack if there is a pity count so stay tuned.

Please be informed that RNG is still watching while enhancing, this trick is to reduce the chance of getting unwanted substat. In this video, I lost to HP even my target is CR as 4th substat.
