This tasty Greek meat pie, which is called kreatopita (κρεατοπιτα) is the simplest phyllo recipe I know!If you're not familiar with phyllo dough, it is basically layered sheets of tissue-thin pastry dough, typically found in the freezer section next to things like pie crust and puff pastry.
Ingredients:
1kg. ground beef
2 onion chopped finely
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 chopped finely red florin peppers
220ml.white wine (try)
pepper/salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pimento
450gr. phyllo (thin pastry sheets)
olive oil to grease the phyllo sheets
backing pan (30Øcm.)
