Finding the right residency program (or what programs even exist) is super overwhelming, here's where you can start...🧑‍💻
.
.
.
From my 3rd and 4th years of med school leading up to submitting residency applications, me and many of my anesthesia co-residents (like Derreck) have been using ‪@Doximity‬ Residency Navigator to explore all the program available for each specialty. It is an all in one resource that allows you to quickly and efficiently:
1. Sort programs by geographic region
2. See which programs send their residents to sub-specialty fellowships
3. Sort by program size
4. Sort by research output
5. Get all the contact information for PDs, APDs, and program coordinators all in one place to reach out to for more questions along the interview trail

Check out the Residency Navigator tool at the link in my bio to plan your residency application and interview path and be the most prepared applicant this cycle! And of course, if you're applying anesthesia...see ya on the interview trail :)
