1. Proper Form: Back straight, shoulders relaxed, elbows close to your body. No cheating!
2. Controlled Movement: Slow and steady wins the race. Feel the burn in your biceps.
3. Full Range of Motion: Extend your arms all the way down, curl all the way up. Maximize those results!
4. Breathe: Exhale on the way up, inhale on the way down.
5. Modifications: Start with a lighter band or no band at all. Can't stand? Try sitting down.
